1. Please learn the following words for a spelling test. This week we are creating nouns using the -ity suffix

2. This week I would like you to improve and develop your dictionary skills. Look up each of these words in a dictionary and write down the meaning. 
3. English Task: For your research I would like you to find out some information about any river in the world.  What is it called?  Where is it?  Where does it begin and end?  How long is it?  Why is it important?  What wildlife would you find living there? Draw a map to show the part of the world it is located indicating clearly where the river is.   
4. Online Tasks: For Purple Mash I have set you Chapter 4 of ‘Just a Beginning’ and a quiz to go with this.  For Classroom Secrets Kids I have set you a task entitled Year 5 Arithmetic Test Practice 1.
