1.Grammar activity

Please complete the second worksheet about using relative clauses entitled ‘Application and Reasoning’. Work from your usual sheet and remember that answers are given.  

2. Maths

1. Today I have set you 2 MyMaths activities entitled Multiply Single Digit and More Multiplying. Please also carry on with your Times Tables Rockstars.  The due date is next Friday, 27.2.21.  Use this time to finish any work I have set you during the eek.

3.  English

1. Continue with your ‘Talk for Writing’ Booklet.  ‘Wonderful Wizards’. Today I would like you to complete page 18 ‘What?  Wizards in the news? and page 19 writing your paragraphs.

4. Reading

Please remember to read independently for 40 minutes!  When you log onto Purple Mash you will see that I have given you an e-book to read ‘Ollie and the Great Stink’.  You have until after half term to read Chapters 1 and 2.  If you have read these I have also given you Chapter 3 to read. 

 

For your 30 minute Guided Reading Session I would like you to go over your answers with a grown up for Chapters 10 and 11 of ‘Street Child’.

Have another look at the William Morris power point slides that I uploaded last week.  Finish your fact file about him using some of the information and pictures from the slides.  Copy a few of his designs.  Why do you think he gave them these names?

I have also uploaded some William Morris colouring sheets.  Can you find out what these are called and colour them in the same way William Morris did?
