I hope you enjoyed last week’s live lesson on what to do on a walk.  Today at 10.30 we have a session on ponds, which I hope you will join.  The details for this are:

Reading for 30 minutes.  You can do this in shorter chunks if you wish.  Please note down what you have read in your yellow reading record. 

 

Grammar  - Today we will be looking at punctuating direct speech.  There is a powerpoint and set of sheets attached.  Please choose which level of sheet you feel best suits you.  There is no need to complete all 3. 

 

English – Goblinology page 26.  Have a look at the different Goblin Monsters people have made.  Read the instructions they have written and look out for the features we know should be part of a good set of instructions.  Then design and make your own monster and write a set of instructions so someone else could make it too.  Please send this work in to me!

 

Maths fluency – On MyMaths there is an activity set to revise 3, 4 and 6 times tables.

 

RE – We are thinking about Christians trying to create a world that Jesus would want.  We will be learning about Dr John Sentamu.
