Term 5, Week 3

What we are learning for the week beginning 03/05/21

We hope everyone has had a great bank holiday weekend and managed to get out enjoy some windy sunshine.

This week we are continuing our learning on fractions. We will be using the skills we learnt on equivalent fractions to help us solve pictorial questions and problem-solving questions.

In English we are going to start to write recounts from the perspective of Rhodopis, we will begin by looking at the features of a recount and if we can spot these in good examples of writing before moving on to learn how to put these skills sin our writing.

In our class reading sessions we are going to start a new book called 'Flat Stanley, the Great Egyptian Grave Robbery' by Jeff Brown.
