In English this week, we will complete the diary writing that we started last week. We will then move onto looking at different ways to record direct speech. We will plan a conversation between Samuel Pepys and another Londoner. Next we will explore how this conversation would appear as a cartoon. Finally, we will explore how this conversation would appear as a piece of narrative. We will also complete reading comprehension activities, have a class story time and have new chapters of The Witches to listen to.

In Maths we will turn our attention towards division. First we will focus on sharing and then we will turn our attention towards grouping. We will also continue to learn and practise our times tables.

On Tuesday, to help mark Holocaust Memorial Day, we will take part in a live session to find out how we can take part in a hands on activity provided by the Holocaust Memorial Foundation Project and help create a long lasting and tangible memorial for those who lost their lives in the Holocaust. Details of the session will be sent out via parent pay. 

We will also provide Science, History, PE, Design and Art and RE sessions in line with our normal curriculum.
