Hello Lilac Class! 

1. The first thing I would like you to do today is complete your homework that needs to be handed in tomorrow. 

2. I then want you to look at our school website and choose 6 areas that really interest you.  You have completed something similar before when we created our own version of our school website in ICT.  The reason I would like you to do this again is because you need to write a short script about our school that you can use to write as a storyboard for your filming session tomorrow. For each area you only need to write 3 short sentences.  Areas you could choose for each 'frame' could be 'school meals. clubs, how many classes we have and who are the teachers, information about school trips, school times of the day.  I have attached the sheet that you will be filling in tomorrow.  You can draw some more filming techniques in the boxes, if you want to.

3.  The second thing I would like you to do is design an information poster about Mayan Food.  I have attached PowerPoint slides for you to use to help you.   You can draw pictures of the different food that the ancient Maya ate and grew and include any interesting information.

3.  The next thing I would like to complete is the attached worksheet about equivalent fractions.  This is revision and I have also attached the answers for you to check your answers!

4. The final task I would like you to do is to write a character profile of the Witch from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.  Draw a picture of her and write down as many facts as you can about her.  You can draw her house and her on her sledge.  Or you could simply draw a picture of her.
