Don’t squash that spider!  They do a very important job.  If you are very worried by it, gently put it outside

Donate some lightly used toys to charity

Say ‘no’ when you are offered a plastic carrier bag in a shop.  Carry a folded up reusable bag with you.

Turn off lights when you leave a room.

Use both sides of a piece of paper when you are drawing.

Do the recycling for your family – you will soon learn how to reduce waste.

Switch off a dripping tap.

Be a fashion designer – add a patch to something that is slightly torn or stained.  Make your piece of clothing unique!

Reuse items for craft.

Plant something for spring – bulbs or even a tree!

Collect rainwater to water what you plant.

Switch off the tap when you are brushing your teeth.

Switch off devices when you aren’t using them.

Walk or cycle even when you would prefer to be taken in the car!

Play outside – appreciate what is out there.
