In Maple Class this week:

We will continue with lots of practice sessions for the show this week.

English: this week will again mainly be dedicated to the show, but we will be doing some writing linked to this.

Maths: we will be moving on to the second multiplication and division unit this week, building on what we have already learnt.

Art: this week, we will be making props for the play. This will involve a variety of tasks and, hopefully, the children will all have a go at a number of different techniques.

RE: this term, we will be looking at the Salvation, asking why Christians call the day Jesus died ‘Good Friday’.

Time and Place: we will be starting to investigate the United Kingdom.

In addition, we will also be doing Science and Computing with Mrs Banner.

Homework will be issued Tuesday as normal, and is due back the following Monday. In addition, please send your children in with their reading records on Mondays and Thursdays. If your child needs a book changed on other days, we will do our best to accommodate this.
