Welcome to Beech Class!
Published 03/09/26, by Charlie MackinnonThe entire Year 2 team would like to warmly welcome you to Beech Class.
We will use this blog to keep you updated on our learning both in class and at home.
This week, pupils are settling in really well to their new class. We have started writing class rules and have begun our Maths learning with a focus on Place Value. The entire school is reading a story by Kathryn Cave and Chris Riddell called 'Something Else'. We are using this book as inspiration for our Guided Reading, English, PHSCE and Design and the Arts lessons.
If you have any questions, or would like to find out more about our learning in Beech Class, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us using the Beech Class email address: beech@st-barnabas.kent.sch.uk
