Make a Ball Run

Here are our specifications but you can choose your own:
• The ball run must be on at least two levels and at different heights.
• It must change direction and involve at least one right angle.
• It must have a start and finish point.
• The ball must be able to travel from beginning to end on its own.
The scale of your ball run is up to you!
Please send us a picture of your tennis ball run: dailychallenge@st-barnabas.kent.sch.uk
We would love to see it!
Heera, we love the way that you have used a thesaurus to find and use adjectives that you would not otherwise have selected.

It is great to see Todd and Mae getting some firsthand experience of exploring a beach habitat.
Sai, we love the way you used prepositional openers and adjectives to describe the treasure.

Heera, we are really impressed by the way that you investigated the quadrilaterals you discovered in greater detail.

Ayda, we love your magic box and really enjoyed reading the poem that you wrote about it.

Imagine you are a dragon.

Describe your treasure.
Think carefully about the adjectives that you use. Try using a thesaurus to help pick out the prefect adjectives.
Try using prepositional openers to describe where the treasure is.
e.g. All around me, there are shimmering, golden coins.
What other writing techniques can use use to describe your treasure?
Todd and Mae not only completed their Monday challenge but also extended their learning by naming all the different types of quadrilaterals that they created.

Megan, we love the way that you and your family spent time this weekend clearing a woodland habitat of rubbish to ensure that it is clear for the wildlife that lives there.
Sai would like to share some of her ideas for Fathers Day gift ideas that she has come up with.

Ayda, thanks so much for the Monday Challenge work you sent in.
