This is what Phoebe had say about her house design:

“It is a rich person’s house because it has a fire mark which means if you have another fire they’ll put the fire out. It’s built out of bricks and had stone and tiles on the roof so it couldn’t catch on fire so easily.”

    Reading-

Remember to read at home for at least 20 minutes today. You can also tune into the next chapter of The Witches.

    Writing-

If you missed out on yesterday's live English lesson, please let us know and we can tell you how to catch up.

Today we want you to watch the following video from 1:00 to 3:05. This is actually a scene from an episode of Dr Who, in which The Doctor travels back in time and visits a Thames Frost Fair. I would recommend watching it on mute so you don’t have to listen to the dialogue.

Walking on the River Thames | Thin Ice | Doctor Who - YouTube

Between now and half-term, we are going to work on creating another diary entry from the point of view of Samuel Pepys. So we want you to imagine that the video shows Samuel Pepys exploring the Frost Fair.

Use your understanding from Tuesday’s live English session and the video you have just watched to complete the ‘What could Pepys see/smell/hear at the frost fair?’ activity.

    Maths-

First of all, watch the learning video in which Mr M explores how to select the most efficient method of division and explain your thinking.

    https://youtu.be/XWOxClWn_7Q

Now use this understanding to complete the Efficient Methods of Division activity.

    Number Fluency-

Today, we would like you to make a multiples of 3 number-line. Now use this tool to help you skip-counting in multiples of 3 and chanting your 3 times tables.

    R.E.-

    Please complete this R.E. activity.
