In Phonics, we will be learning to read and write words containing the ‘au’ digraph (such as August, autumn and launch) and the ‘aw’ digraph (such as paw, claw and draw). We will also be reading the words ‘friend’ and ‘also’ and writing the words ‘who’ and ‘why’.

In English, we will be finishing our fact file on amphibians and starting to write a fact file about mammals.

In Maths, we will be adding by counting on and adding ones to a number and will be finding double numbers.

In Computing, we will be continuing to work with the Bee-Bots and will be planning routes for them to follow.

In RE, we will be discussing whether there are things anyone, not just Christians, can learn from what Jesus taught his followers.

In Art, we will be mixing primary colours to create secondary colours and will be using the work of Miranda Lloyd as inspiration for our own artwork.
