We will be continuing to use the book Traction Man by Mini Grey as a basis for our English Work. This week we will be working on our story map for Traction Man’s new adventure and will be thinking of adjectives to describe each setting for the story. We will also continue working on some character descriptions for Traction Man and his new enemies.

In our Phonics lessons we will be learning about ways to make the ‘or’ sound using au and aw. We will also revisit er and ar sounds.

In Maths we will be learning about height and length. This week we will be comparing the height and length of objects and measuring the length of objects using cubes.

In RE we will be continuing to talk about the events of Holy Week. This week we will be learning about the Last Supper and how this relates to Communion and Mass.

In our Science work we will be thinking about Spring and will start to look at some of the changes we have noticed in the weather, how day length is changing and what changes we have noticed in the plants in the school garden.
