Term 6 Week 1 Home Learning Tasks

Here are the home learning tasks for Wednesday 9th June 2021. Completed home learning tasks need to be handed in by Monday 14th June 2021.

Phonics

This week we would like you to practise spelling words containing the ‘v’ sound at the end of words. A 2Do has been set on Purple Mash for you to use. Our spelling words this week are: have, live, give, above, love, glove, active, save, wave and cursive. Try writing some sentences using some of these words in your home learning book. 

Maths

This week we would like you to practise describing the position of shapes and objects. Watch the following learning video: Sum1.8.3 - Counting forwards and backwards within 100 on Vimeo. You can also find it on the White Rose Maths website under Home Learning Summer Week 8 (Counting forwards and backwards within 100).  Now try completing the worksheet.
