This week in class we are learning about capacity and how much liquid different containers hold. You can explore capacity in a practical way at home by measuring the capacity of different containers using non-standard units of measure. Remember that the unit of measure must stay the same, for example the same cup, the same spoon etc, and that to measure accurately, you must also make sure each container or non-standard measure is full.

Phonics

This week we would like you to practise spelling words with the ‘or’ and ‘ore’ graphemes in them. A 2Do has been set on Purple Mash for you to practise these sounds.
