This week we would like you to practise adding numbers together and saying the number sentence to represent what you have found (3 plus/add 4 equals 7). You could also record the number sentence in writing (3+4=7).

Cut out the dot cards and then pick two of them. Count how many dots are on each card and then how many there are altogether. Then pick two more dot cards and repeat the process. See how many different addition number sentences you can say or write down.
