In Phonics, we will be learning to read and write words containing the ‘a-e’ split digraph (such as game, snake and ate). We will also be reading the words ‘love’ and ‘your’ and writing the words ‘little’ and ‘one’.

In Maths, we are learning about number fact families, number bonds within 10 and how to work systematically to find all of the possible answers to a maths problem.

In Art we will be continuing to paint self-portraits and also looking at some abstract portraits by Pablo Picasso to inspire our own artwork.

In PE, we will be continuing to develop our ball control skills and playing an invasion game.

In Science, we will be continuing to describe the properties of everyday materials, like wood, plastic and glass.
