In Phonics, we will be learning to read and write words containing the ‘ea’ digraph (such as bead, seat and least). We will also be reading the words ‘Mr’ and ‘Mrs’ and writing the words ‘were’ and ‘there’.

In our English work we will continue using adjectives to describe scenes and characters.

In Maths we will be starting to learn about addition. This week we will be learning about part whole models and how to write an addition number sentence.

In RE we will be thinking about how Christians put their beliefs about God into action.

In Art we will be drawing and painting self-portraits.

In Computing we will be using a computer keyboard to type words.

Willow class have PE on Tuesday afternoon and Thursday morning. Please make sure your child has their PE kit in school on those days.

On Friday morning we will be going to the church to celebrate Harvest Festival.
