In our Phonics lessons, we will be revisiting some of the letter sounds that we have learnt and will be reading real and nonsense words to prepare for the phonics screening check in June.

In English, we will be continuing to use the story ‘The Great Explorer’ by Chris Judge as the basis for our work. This week we will be continuing to read the story, and we will talk about how to write a diary entry.

In Maths, we will be making equal groups by grouping objects and making equal groups by sharing objects.

This week in RE, we will be retelling the Islamic story of the Prophet and The Ants.

In our Time and Place work, we will be locating and naming the 7 continents.
