You’ve had yet another impressive week! We started collaboratively planning our investigation looking at mould growth on bread in science, and we finished our first fractions unit in maths. Most notably, you became writing machines in English as you put final touches to your Greek god and goddess fact files, and you started planning your letters to Paris. Also, you proved yourselves as museum experts on Friday when you took year 2 under your wings at the Amelia.

Next week, in addition to our learning in the classroom, we are off to the British Museum for an exciting trip devised by Mrs Mackinnon.

Finally, there is the girls’ football tournament on Wednesday; they are going to make the school and the class proud.
