This week in Phonics we will be learning about the ‘u-e’ and ‘e-e’ split digraph sounds. We will also be reading the words ‘called’ and ‘asked’ and writing the words ‘what’ and ‘oh’.

In Maths, we will be learning about subtraction and will be to investigate number fact families. We will also be subtracting by taking away objects.

This week in our RE lesson, we will be talking about examples of ways that Christians use the Nativity to guide their beliefs and actions at Christmas.

In our Computing lesson we will be using different sized circles to make a picture in the style of Wassily Kandinsky’s concentric circles.

We will also be rehearsing for the KS1 Nativity play on Monday morning, Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon.

Willow class has PE on Thursday morning this week. Please make sure your child has their full PE kit in school on Thursday.
