Term 4, Week 6

Learning for week beginning 29th March 2021

We have made it to the last 4 days of term and what an exciting week it is. We have a lot happening. 

On Monday we will finish our Prehistoric topic by having a fun afternoon. We will be making Stone Age cookies and watching Early Man (This is a PG, if any parent/ carer would rather your child does not watch this please let us know in the morning) 

Tuesday is a busy day we are very lucky to have the Drama Geezers with us at 8:45, this is part of a whole school project. Maple class will be creating a chapter from 'The Story that Connects 
Us'. We wil then be taking part in a workshop from the UK Parliament Education Service - Introduction to Parliament: Who works in the House of Commons/Lords and what they do, the difference between Government & Parliament, how you become an MP/Member of the House of Lords and an introduction to law making.

PE will be on a Tuesday and Thursday, please remember to bring your PE kits into school to get changed into. 

Home Learning 

Reading books will be changes on Monday and Thursday. 

Homework books to be handed in on Monday. 

Online - Two fractions activities have been set on MyMaths. Your child's login is in the front of their Home Learning Purple book. 

In books - Spellings have been set this week, please can you  practice with your child - they will be tested on these on 19th April.
