In English and Communication this week, we are going to finish our dragon descriptions. Next, we are going to use persuasive writing techniques to create persuasive historical arguments. 

In Phonics, we will use 'al' to make the /or/ sound. Our tricky words are 'pretty' and 'neighbour.' Our grammar focus is to use co-ordinating conjunctions. 

In Maths, we are going to continue to focus on measuring length and height. We will start by learning how to measure in meters. Next, we will explore how to compare and sequence measurements. 

In Science and Computing, we will take the results from our plants investigation and use computer software to present the data in graphs. 

In Time and Place, we will use our understanding of the four claimants to the English throne in 1066 to create a persuasive piece of historical writing. 

We will also complete Mastering Number, PHSCE, PE and Design and the Arts activities as well.
