Good morning Chestnut Class!

 

Reading for 30 minutes.  You can do this in shorter chunks if you wish.  Please note down what you have read in your yellow reading record. 

Spellling – We will be practising more words from the statutory year 3 and 4 list and I have attached a set of sheets for you to do this.

 

Guided reading – Please complete the comprehension questions for the prologue and chapter 1 of The Boy Who Grew Dragons. 

 

English – Goblinology page 29.  Please use your planning from yesterday to have a go at writing your own poem about the signs a Goblin has been around.  On Thursday your task will be to edit and improve your poem.

 

Maths – Live session with Mrs Barter at 9.15.  We will be multiplying and dividing by 9, which is a consolidation from Tuesday’s work.
